• Vehicle photos. Images you capture or select to document the condition of a vehicle. Photos are processed to detect and itemize damage.
• Vehicle and check-in details. Information you enter such as VIN, year, make, model, repair-order number, odometer, and notes about the visit.
• Account information. The email address you use to sign in. We use passwordless sign-in, so we do not collect or store a password.
• Voice input (optional). If you use the in-app voice assistant, audio is processed to respond to your requests. It is not used for any other purpose.
• Usage and diagnostics. Basic technical information needed to operate the service, such as timing and error data for a check-in.

• To detect, classify, and itemize vehicle damage and produce an estimate.
• To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
• To save, display, and let your organization review completed check-ins.
• To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

To analyze photos and operate the service, information is processed by trusted third-party cloud-infrastructure and AI service providers acting on our behalf under contract. They may process your information only to provide their services to us, not for their own purposes. A current list of our service providers is available on request at the contact below.

• Camera. To capture vehicle photos during a check-in.
• Photo Library. To select existing photos to analyze, and to save check-in photos and estimate documents if you choose.
• Microphone. Only when you use the voice assistant.

You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings. Some features may not work without them.

We keep check-in records and associated information for as long as needed to provide the service to your organization and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You or your organization administrator may request deletion of your data, subject to those requirements.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, or if you have any questions about this policy, contact us using the details below. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

Engage Auto is a tool for automotive professionals and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
