Engage Automotive
AI for the people who keep cars on the road. Custom vision models, fine-tuned agents, and a unified platform — built shoulder-to-shoulder with the largest collision repair operator in the country.
Two years on the floor
We've been embedded inside Caliber Collision — the country's largest collision repair operator — for two years. Riding along with service advisors, watching real check-ins, learning the systems, learning the trade. The product is shaped by the work.

The work
Automotive is hands-on, physical, and high-stakes. It is the opposite of what most people picture when they hear “AI agents.”
A collision center isn't a desk job. The people who run it are doing precise, complicated work in a loud bay with a deadline. They are estimators, parts specialists, technicians, painters, glass installers, calibration leads. They are bilingual — sometimes more — and they are the kind of workforce most AI products forget exists. They are also the people whose jobs the world worries about most when it talks about AI.
We do not build AI to replace them. We build AI that meets them where they are. On a phone, in the bay, in their first language. The system answers the questions a senior tech would have answered. It documents what the new hire didn't know to look for. It writes down what the customer agreed to before the keys change hands. It is a coworker, not a substitute.
The dignity of this work — and of the people who do it — is the design constraint we never compromise on. Everything in Engage Automotive is built around it.
What you get
The pillars of an Engage Automotive deployment.
Five things that show up in every engagement. Together they are why a vertical AI deployment with us looks nothing like a chatbot pilot.
01
Industry knowledge
We know the trade. Then we build for it.
Our forward-deployed engineers spend months in the bay before a single line of vertical code ships. We map the workflow as it actually runs — not as the SOP describes it. The tools we deliver fit the work because we did the work.
02
Custom vision models
Models trained on the things only we have seen.
Vehicles, panels, parts, damage, glass, the geometry of a real shop floor. We fine-tune on the data this industry generates — and the models get sharper every week the system runs. The model that ships in year three has seen things no general-purpose vision model ever will.
03
Agents that know the workflow
Subject-matter experts, not chat windows.
A check-in agent that knows what an estimator looks for. A parts agent that knows which suppliers stock which configurations. A coaching agent that knows how a senior advisor would talk a new hire through their first hard customer. Each one trained on the specific shape of the work it supports.
04
Connected end-to-end
Wired into the systems the work already runs on.
Real-time parts sourcing. Scheduling. Estimating. Training. Compliance. The customer at the other end of the conversation. The agent does the integration; the people on the floor stay in flow.
05
Gets smarter as it runs
Every interaction is a training signal.
When a tech corrects the system, the system learns. When the senior advisor takes a different path, the system learns that too. Fine-tuning happens under your signature, never silently — but the curve is real, and you can see it on the dashboard week over week.
Philotic Vision
The eyes of every Engage industry solution.
Philotic Vision is our foundational vision system — the layer that lets an agent look at a vehicle, a part, a panel, a process, and understand it. In automotive, it powers walk-around capture, damage understanding, parts identification, and live coaching from a phone in the bay.
It is the same kind of building block that speech recognition was for the last generation of AI products — horizontal, foundational, and customer-tuned per vertical. Engage Automotive ships with a Philotic Vision configuration trained on the things this industry sees every day.
How Philotic unifies it
One operating system. The bay, the front desk, and everything behind it.
Engage Automotive runs on the same Philotic substrate that powers every other Philotic deployment. The same agents move between surfaces. The same trace runs through every action. What you get for the vertical is composed, not glued together.
Philotic Mobile
In the bay.
The phone in a service advisor's hand becomes a guided walk-around tool, a documentation system, and a live voice coworker — in English, Spanish, or whatever the team speaks.
Philotic Desktop
At the front of the shop.
Estimators, managers, and parts specialists work alongside agents that already know the day's queue, the vehicles in the bay, and the open conversations with customers.
Philotic Platform
Behind everything.
The substrate that runs the vision models, the agents, the integrations, the trace, and the governance. Sovereign deployment when the data demands it.
In production
All case studies →
The first deployment of Engage Automotive, in production with Caliber Collision.
Vision-guided check-in. Voice coaching for new advisors. Parts identification connected to the supplier network. All composed on the Philotic substrate, all in production today.
Beyond the first deployment
The collision floor is the start. Glass, fleet, ADAS calibration, dealer service, insurance carriers, OEMs — the same substrate, the same agents, the same engineering posture.
When you hire Engage Automotive, you are hiring more than a piece of software. You are hiring the people who have spent two years learning your industry, the substrate that has been hardened by deployments at the highest end of the regulated enterprise, and a roadmap that grows with every shop, every customer, and every vehicle that passes through the system.
